Shipping and Returns:

     We ship all orders from Florence, Alabama.  Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days depending on the time of day the order was places.  This excludes all holidays. 

     Free shipping is offered with the purchase of $25.00 or more.  This will be regular ground shipping. (THIS DOES NOT APPLY to International orders)  If expedited shipping is required, please choose a different method at checkout.  You will be charged for any other type of shipping. 

 

     Currently we only except exchanges for size within 14 days of receipt of the product.  Please contact us via email or phone to begin an exchange.  customerservice@balancesockstore.com or We can be reached at 1-844-7-BALANCE. 

     We will accept a return for a manufacturing defect within 14 days of receipt of the order.  Please contact us within that time frame to begin the process.

 

 

Sizing/Fit

Please refer to the size chart to choose the appropriate sizing of our socks.

     When in between sizes we suggest that you size up.  The socks typically do not shrink when washing.  (Currently we only offer Small/Medium/Large/XL in most styles)

The socks are meant to fit snugly.  They need to fit that way to receive maximum benefit from the design.
